David and Rachel have the logistics industry as part of the family – through their working life, four international house moves and living in an international environment for nearly 10 years. They have 3 children – one was even born abroad!
The Burck family have lived in the Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain over the last 10 years and now living in the North west of England. Their return to the green countryside of the UK has provided the family with a new dimension to their experiences – a vast contrast to the sandy world the children have grown up in so far.
The family have enjoyed living around multiple nationalities from all over the world, mixed together in an environment where everyone respects each other and keen to understand each other’s cultures and values.
David’s Managerial positions in the Middle East involved working with a global array of customers and colleagues for multinational national organisations. His responsibilities encompassed everything involved to deliver a consignment to its destination – from important documents to an oil rig itself!
Rachel graduated from Loughborough University in Management and went on to work for one of the world’s biggest shipping lines.
The Burck family are thoroughly enjoying being back in this green and beautiful land. They are excited to be able to reach out and share their expertise to support local business and e-retailers with all their Logistics requirements.
